Text messages (SMS)

Text messages (SMS)

MOBILedit allows you to manage text messages synoptically and comfortably through the computer. Messages can be found in the device tree under each connected phone. Messages are also available in backups (if chosen to backup) and in offline devices, if these were loaded while the phone was online.

When you want to work with the phone content, you need to retrieve the data from the phone first. Data are being read automatically when accessing messages for the first time after (re)connection. Each following time, you have to click the Read button to retrieve the data or to cancel the changes you made in MOBILedit environment. Read more about retrieving data and saving changes in the section Read & Write.
