What deleted data can I retrieve?
Some deleted data will appear in the report. Deleted data type depends on the phone used.
- Android: We can retrieve deleted messages if the phone is rooted. If the phone is not rooted we can still get some deleted application data (messages, browsing history,...).
- iPhone: The software can retrieve deleted calls and messages if you have a password to an iTunes backup. In addition, some application data can be retrieved using iTunes backup method. We can also retrieve deleted photos from your iPhone up to 30 days after being deleted.
While our software can try to restore video files, we can never guarantee a 100% success rate. All the restored videos are likely to be corrupted or distorted.
This goes for both Android and iOS devices.
