The final screen offers several
options of what to do with the optimized contact list. The contact list can
be either written to the phone, saved as a backup or printed.
Writing to the phone saves the changes into the device.
Please note that in order to write successfully, the device (where the
phonebook is stored) has to be connected and detected properly. If the
device has been disconnected during the phonebook optimization, it
is either possible to attempt to connect it again in order to write the
changes. It's also possible to store the optimized phonebook as a MOBILedit backup. The
backup content may be written into the phone later using the restore
feature. Backups can be found in the device tree under the item "Backups".
Learn more about backing up and restoring in the appropriate chapter (Backup & Restore).
The Cancel button closes the dialogue with no further queries and emulates the changes made within Phonebook Optimizer. The Finish button projects the changes into Phonebook plugin within MOBILedit, ready to be written using the Write button on the main toolbar (learn more about reading and writing within MOBILedit).
