Unsupported devices

MOBILedit is already the most universal PC suite solution on the market but we are always working on supporting all possible phones.

However, there are many phones especially cheap off brand ones, that are simply not able to communicate with a computer.

This could be the situation with the phone you are trying to connect.

The best would be to try the manufacturer's software or any other utility. If there is any such software, please send us the information.

You can also try a Bluetooth connection. Sometimes we are able to add the device just with communication logs.

Here is quick guide on how to get the logs:

1) Run MOBILedit, open Settings (Communication tab) and select Log communication

2) Close MOBILedit

3) Delete previous logs folder (logs folder can be found inC:\Users\....\Documents\MOBILedit)

4) Run MOBILedit and connect the phone

5) Wait for a moment and then close MOBILedit

6) Zip the log folder and send it to us as an attachment

We will examine the logs and contact you as soon as we have discovered a solution for the issue.
