Phones

The MOBILedit software can detect virtually every single smartphone on the market. During the detection process you must ensure that you follow the on screen instructions to successful connect your device. Before the program starts to search for your phone, you can specify manufactures (Apple, Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Motorola, Huawei etc) or a particular model (Iphone 5,6,7, Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S7 etc). All the devices are selected by default (recommended).

It is possible to speed up the detection process by unchecking all the devices/manufacturers, except for those which you intend to connect. Make this adjustment when running a very slow system. We otherwise recommended to keep it checked.
