In order to copy all data successfully it is necessary to have the MOBILedit Phone Copier app installed. The app will be installed to your phone automatically when you connect the phone to MOBILedit Phone Copier Express.
Please note, that Android 6 has advanced security policy by Google. As a result, there might be an issue of our application not having access to the phone book.
To make it work, please go to Settings - General - Apps - locate APP - in the app menu find Permissions - grant the app access to Phonebook.
After that is done, restart the phone and APP should work.
