Send us logs

We hope to resolve the problem you have encountered as soon as possible, but the solution for this problem cannot be determined without some very important information that we will need your help to acquire.

This important information is stored in the application and communication logs of MOBILedit.

Here is a quick guide on how to get the logs:

  1. Run MOBILedit, open Settings (Communication tab) and select Log communication - set Log level to "Comm"
  2. Close MOBILedit
  3. Delete previous logs folder (logs folder can be found in C:\Users\....\Documents\MOBILedit)
  4. Run MOBILedit and repeat exactly what caused the issue
  5. Close MOBILedit
  6. Zip the log folder and email it to us as an attachment

We will examine the logs and contact you as soon as we have discovered a solution for the issue.
