This important information is stored in the application and communication logs of MOBILedit.
Here is a quick guide on how to get the logs:
- Run MOBILedit, open Settings (Communication tab) and select Log communication - set Log level to "Comm"
- Close MOBILedit
- Delete previous logs folder (logs folder can be found in C:\Users\....\Documents\MOBILedit)
- Run MOBILedit and repeat exactly what caused the issue
- Close MOBILedit
- Zip the log folder and email it to us as an attachment
