Ringtone Editor waveform

The Ringtone Editor waveform is a graphical representation of sound. You can edit the waveform using the Edit toolbar on the right. You need to choose part of a waveform or a whole waveform to be edited.


There are two independent ways of how to choose part of a waveform:

  • Selection
    • Selection can be set by dragging cursor over the waveform.
    • Selection is suitable for making approximate selections.
    • Selection can be transformed into block using the button: Set selection to block (ENTER).
  • Block
    • You can set it by dragging the yellow clinches under the waveform. Block is being set to the whole file by default.
    • Block is suitable for making precise selections.
    • Selection can be transformed into block using the button: Set block to selection (CTRL + ENTER)
