- Exact phone model and OS version
- Version of your Windows
- Application log file
- Communication log file
There are two types of log files - application logs and communication logs.
Application logs are created while the export is running, and everything happening during the extraction is written the application logs. To learn more as well as how to get the application logs visit

Communication logs are created from the system communication between the phone and the PC - all detailed information about data flow and connection can be found in the communication logs. Please find a detailed guide on how to obtain the communication logs as well as how to send them to us
